MING is…
On a mission to advise and support, leaders committed to driving social impact to work and live at their fullest potential now rather than someday!
We are a strategic advisory firm that provides bespoke services to support senior leaders, driving social impact, to tackle their thorniest management, strategy, talent and operational challenges in order to accelerate performance and deepen outcomes. At MING, we work with senior leaders one-on-one or in small teams to provide responsive advisory and implementation support that adapts to meet a client’s evolving needs during the course of an engagement. By focusing our work, we can provide more focused, tailored and responsive support, which accelerates our clients’ ability to achieve deeper impact in their work. All of the work we do at MING is centered on understanding our client’s perspectives and environment and then acting as an advisor and partner to craft and implement tailored solutions that can be sustained after our work together has concluded.
The Star Thrower
Our approach to client engagements is inspired by the Star Thrower story.
The MING Advantage
At MING, we utilize The MING Advantage a unique approach that differentiates our work from other firms and ensures we are always well-positioned to provide clients with the best expertise balanced with a practitioner’s perspective. Once a client’s engagement is scoped, the MING Engagement Team is handpicked by selecting experts from the MING Collective who are uniquely qualified to support a client’s specific needs. The MING Collective is a consortium of diverse experts in social impact who possess skills, training, and deep knowledge in a variety of strategic and tactical areas. At MING, this approach enables us to tailor and adapt the structure of the MING Engagement Team to fit a client’s unique needs.
