The world is a confusing and
sometimes intimidating place.

A place that you should
not have to brave on your own

MING Coaching Engagements offer leaders space to exhale, reflect, ideate, and commit to action

At MING, we work with senior leaders (aka Coachees) to enable them to engage in a deeply reflective, solutions-oriented, and implementation-focused process to create a roadmap for making changes to achieve specific goals. Our Coachees span a variety of sectors, and in our Coaching Engagements, we typically work with senior leaders (i.e., C-suite staff) either one-on-one or in a small group utilizing a virtual format (i.e., Zoom and/or phone). MING’s Coaching Practice currently offers four distinct types of coaching programs:

  • Executive Coaching

    Supports C-Suite Leaders

MING’s approach to Executive Coaching enables leaders to improve their leadership practices, managerial skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making. A primary throughline for this program includes an ongoing focus on navigating career challenges, reducing burnout, developing restorative leadership practices, and unlocking potential.

  • Leadership Coaching

    Supports Senior Leaders

MING’s approach to Leadership Coaching enables leaders to improve their interpersonal skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities. It can also help leaders develop emotional intelligence, identify blind spots, and create more psychologically safe spaces. In addition, this engagement will also include time to touch on topics including reducing burnout, developing restorative leadership practices and unlocking their potential.

  • Transition Coaching

    Supports C-Suite Leaders Switching Roles

MING’s approach to Transition Coaching focuses on providing:
Incoming CEOs: with support, tools, and resources to enable these leaders to quickly and effectively integrate into their new roles and enterprises in the critical early months following the transition.
Exiting CEOs: with support, tools, and resources to enable these leaders to design an effective and phased offboarding plan focused on ensuring a successful transition for the exiting leader, incoming leader, enterprise, and Board.

  • Liminal Space Coaching

    Supports Executive or Senior Leaders

MING’s approach to Liminal Space Coaching focuses on guiding a leader in reflecting on, responding to, and moving through a personal and/or professional formative moment optimally while embracing curiosity, sharpening clarity, and minimizing discomfort.
